Girls Night

Tonight we are having a girls night with some of Leesie's friends. We did facials, played freeze dance, made rich, fudgy brownies from scratch, and watched the original "Annie" movie. I have always wanted to play "Miss Hannigan" in a live theatrical production of Annie. How fun would that be? haha

Anyway, we also listened to "Hannah Montana" cd's and Maddie wore Leesie's Hannah Montana wig for a while...cute!! The baby chased the bigger girls around the house trying to "get them." There was a lot of squealing and laughter going on. I love the sound of happy little girls. It's much better than upset ones...hehehe

So it's 12:30 a.m. and the little girls are still whispering, trying to avoid going to sleep. Awe, the days when you get to hang out with friends and talk all night about your favorite things. Thank goodness they are not into boys yet...I would have to lock them away...haha.

I remember sleeping over with my friends when I was little. We giggled all night long, and scratched each others' backs until we fell asleep. We would dress up in our mom's bras and stuff them with our dad's socks. Somehow, Leesie and Jessie have come up with the idea (Aunt T?? ;D ) that a "boob fairy" is going to magically bring them big boobs one day. hahaha LOL I hope not until they are 25 (wink). The other day I saw them staring out the window dreamily and asked them what they were doing, and they said they were waiting for the boob fairy to show up. hahaha

It's funny...when you are little you can't wait to grow up and do grown up things....and when you are grown up you wish you were a kid again. I try not to act grown-up if I can help it...not that it makes much difference...I still have to pay bills. hehehe
